| The vineyards owned by the Wieser family's business, which was founded in 1991, are today entirely green covered and fertilized with commercial fertilizer when required. After the harvest those grapes that will be made into white wines are destemmed, sulphurized and briefly fermented before being pressed with a Baumpresse (Austrian type of old basket press made from wood). |
