| The Söllner family has been involved in wine-making on the loess terraces of the Wagram and the foothills of the Manhartsberg for 5 generations. The quality oriented work of the young vintner, who took the firm over from his father in 1990, begins of course in the vineyards where the vines are in part planted in a Lenz-Moser high training system and in part in a flat arch growth system following the Italian model. Fertilization is exclusively either organic or takes the form of soil on bed rock powder. |
