| Reducing the yield of the vines by short pruning and thinning out, controlled fermentation and maturing in barrels in the case of both red and white wines have all become a matter of course in the Schuckert house and leave their mark on the quality of the wines. The firm also produces sparkling wines and numerous Brände which can be tasted in the "Antonio-Koststüberl" (Antonio-tasting room). |
