| This firm has been a member of the association of farmers working organically and biologically called "Ernte für das Leben" (harvest for life) since 1991. There is therefore absolutely no poison used in the vineyards which are green covered with root-forming plants (peas, buckwheat, yellow mustard); sprays which protect beneficial insects are used exclusively and farmyard manure is used for fertilization. |
