| In the vineyards belonging to this firm, where the vines display single or double shoot cutting, a legume mixture is grown every autumn which is then, depending on the weather, worked into the soil in May/June of the following year. Fertilization takes the form of farmyard manure from the family's own horses; no mineral fertilizers are used. |
