| Wine is our life. For over 300 years wine-growing has been cultivated by the family. The knowledge about wine has always been passed on from generation to generation. It is most important for us to keep old well proven methods but also be prepared to accept changes.
Wine produced on own estate are regarded as a matter of course for us. From yield cut in spring to the thinning out process in late summer and the production of the wines in the cellar, everything is in our hands. Our "Gutsweine" are bottled and sealed on the spot on the wine estate. Dr. Hinkel vouches for the quality of our wines and sparkling wines. |
