| The firm produces dry Qualitätsweine as well as the Spätlesen that makes up 80 to 90% of its total production. The red wines are fermented open in tubs and tiled glass containers and following a biological malolactic fermentation they are stored for between 1.5 and 3 years traditionally in large wooden casks. |
