| Johannes Söll attended the Silberberg School of Oenology and took his master wine-growing and making examination in 1989. Up until 1993 he worked as a manager of Rebenburg in Ratsch until he had converted a farm building into a Buschenschank himself and built guest rooms. When the weather allows, the vintner also makes Eiswein and Strohwein. |
