| The vintner places much importance on natural wine-growing by making use of the favourable micro-climate. The soils in the vineyards are thus naturally green covered, beneficial insects are encouraged and pests are controlled with non-damaging sprays but they are not eradicated as they form one of the sources of life for the beneficial insects. |
