| After completing his education at the Eisenstadt School of Oenology Rudolf Kaiser, at scarcely 19 years old, became the wine-maker for the Großhöflein wine-growing cooperative and afterwards spent 14 years running the Esterházy estate's cellar. In 1972 he and his wife Judith, who is also a qualified wine-grower and maker, took over his father's wine business which has been in existence since 1881. |
