| Wine-growing has been run as a family business for several generations. Hermann Fink, who attended Eisenstadt agricultural college, is a qualified wine-grower and maker. The vineyards of the business, which are on chalk and clay soils as well as soil over bed rock, have been permanently green covered for 10 years, nitrogen manures are not used. |
