| This wine estate, attached to a farm, has been run as a family business since 1992 by Hermann Hofer, a young wine-grower and maker. Mr Hofer senior is responsible for the farm and for tending to the soil while his son takes care of plant protection and the winemaking. The vineyards are fertilized exclusively with green manuring and compost to avoid over-supplying them with nutrients and producing too great a yield. |
