| This is the oldest sherry firm in Jerez and was founded in 1730. The present managing director, Don José Ignacio Domecq, has the best reputation in the world as a sherry taster and since 1994 the firm has been owned by Allied Domecq. It is one of the best houses and produces wine using traditional methods with the most up-to-date facilities. |
