| The vineyards belonging to this firm, which was founded in 1971, have a green covering from the end of August until the beginning of May. The vines display double shoot cutting and for the last 17 years green manuring and vine wood have been worked into the soils to supply nutrients; a corn fertilizer is used to supplement this. |
