| Although the range consisted mainly of single variety fruit Bränden at the beginning, more Edelbrände from the wine-growing range were added constantly over time. In 1986 Matthias Wendelin junior began working in the business and the combination of many years of experience alongside the spirit of youth had an extremely positive effect. The vineyards owned by the business are green covered from October until May and cultivated in accordance with the guidelines for controlled, integrated production; commercial fertilizers are not used. |
