| The Tinhof winery is one of St-Georgen's oldest; the ancestors of the current owner were growing vineshere over 200 years ago. Matthias Tinhof took over his father's business in 1975, and built a cellar at the edge of town, whose qualities are up to the newest wine-making and cellar technical standards. |
