| After the harvest the grapes intended for the production of white wines are destemmed, minimally sulphurized and fermented for a few hours depending on variety before being pressed. Then the sulphurized, racked must is fermented, in part with the addition of selected yeasts, in wooden casks, tanks and Styrol containers. |
