| Hayo Loacker has run his grape making in accordance with biological criteria since 1979. At the beginning he was frequently laughed at, the wines were unclean and oxidated. Since then he has learnt much more and his success is now envied by others. From year to year the quality becomes more consistent. The wines do need slightly longer to develop but are very original. |
