| Qualified engineer Emmerich Habersack, graduate of the Klosterneuburg School of Oenolgy, took over the family business in 1984. The vineyards, which are partly permanently green covered and partly only during winter, are fertilized either when lacking in nutrients or according to the results of precise soil analyses.
