| The boos of the house, who cares for the wvineyards and the cellar, puts great emphasis on his careful treatemtn of natural wines. His knowledge was trained in the viticultural school in Krems as well as by visiting several courses on the matter. The vineyards are farmed after the guide-lnes of controlled, integrated production.
