| Patritz Gerstl completed his education at the Silberberg School of Oenology. The Gerstl family's permanently green covered vineyard was first planted in 1989 and the first harvest took place in 1991. With regard to pruning, the 1 to 2 arch cutting system has proven its worth up to now; fertilization follows the results of soil analyses. |
