| Gerhard Paradeiser took his master wine-growing and making examination in 1988 and took over this firm in 1993. The vineyards have been cultivated in accordance with the guidelines for organic-biological wine-growing since 1989; they are thus entirely green covered and occasionally fertilized with compost. The vines are planted in a Lenz Moser high training system. |
