| This family places much importance on an environmentally and soil friendly cultivation of their vineyards. The vines are planted in accordance with the principles of the Lenz-Moser high training system and have shoot or Vertiko culture cuttings. In the individual rows of vines they alternate between building a weed cover and bringing out straw, or green cover is practiced permanently. |
