| If Alfred Ziniel was previously considered a specialist in Welschriesling and Traminer then on account of the progress he has made over the last few years almost all products from his extensive range should now be reccommended. The Welschrieslinge still cover the field of dry and fruity wines, recently supported by his Sauvignon blanc and a Blanc des noirs. Weissburgunder and Chardonnay are vigorous and ripe wines, as they have excellent conditions in this wine-growing region; the house specialities are still the exceptionally typical for their variety but still discreet Traminer, which first show their true class when they have been ripened for a whie in the bottle. |
