| The Scheiblhofer family considers it very important to cultivate their vineyards naturally and care for them biologically. The vineyards are thus green covered and cultivated in accordance with the guidelines for controlled, integrated production; fertilization is exclusively organic, using stable manure. The vines display short shoot cutting with replacement spurs. The firm is a member of an association of great wines. |
