| Every alternate row of vines in the vineyards has a green covering and the fertilizers used are biological. The vines display cordon cutting. The red wines are all openly fermented - in the case of the Zweigelt and the St. Laurent a biological malolactic fermentation is carried out - and they are ripened for one year in wooden casks. |
