| The Jurecek family cultivates its vineyards in accordance with the principles of controlled, integrated wine-growing. The vineyards are permanently green covered; fertilization takes place occasionally when symptoms of deficiency occur. To protect the plants the family on the one hand uses predatory mites and at the same time tries to minimize the use of chemicals as much as possible by spraying tunnels. |
