| After his education at the Klosterneuburg School of Oenology the vintner completed one year's work experience at the Hammel wine estate in Kirchheim in der Pfalz (Germany). The primary focus of his firm, which has marketed its wines exclusively in 0.75 l bottles since 1990, has been on red wines and the range will soon be expanded to include Cabernet Sauvignon. |
